By accessing or using Creator Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Creator Pass is a platform that enables content creators to offer NFT-gated access to their exclusive content. Users can mint NFT passes to access creator content.
3. NFT Ownership
When you mint an NFT pass, you own the NFT token on the blockchain. However, this does not grant you ownership of the creator's content. The NFT only provides access to view the content for the duration specified.
4. Blockchain Transactions
All transactions on Creator Pass are processed on the BNB Chain blockchain. Transactions are irreversible and we cannot refund cryptocurrency payments. Please ensure you understand blockchain transactions before minting.
5. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for the content they publish. Creators must not publish illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Creator Pass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of funds due to smart contract interactions.
